Covid-19 Policy

Here at The Party Cart, we take the health and safety of our staff, customers and your guests seriously. We are adhering to Queensland regulations and are operating our business accordingly.  To comply with regulations, we will not facilitate an event or party which is being held outside of the current regulations in place.

• Cleanliness is and has always been a high priority for us and our equipment and props are thoroughly cleaned, maintained and sanitised before and after each event.

All of our staff have been fully vaccinated and we will not work if we are sick or a Covid case close contact.

Please also note that any bookings affected by Covid restrictions or lock downs can be postponed free of charge, subject to availability of your new date.  If you decide to completely cancel your booking the standard cancellation policy will apply.
